The speed of light is indeed the highest possible speed in a given dimension.
In our dimension where C^2 / G = 1.346595E+21 The speed of light is equal to 299792.458 km/sec.
C^2 = G * dim = 6.67428E-11 * 1.346595E+21 = 8.98755E+10
speed of light = Root ( C^2 ) = 299792.458 km/sec
The faster we go the slower time will pass until we almost reach the speed of light ,
Then time almost stands still. But then that is only the case when the speed of light is almost infinite.
Here the law of light will make its mark almost completely, making time almost stand still.
For Z values approaching or even exceeding 1 one gets
large deviations in calculating the speed of one of a galaxy relative to us.
Z redshift = (wavelength (2) / wavelength ( 1 )) - 1
vb Na has an absorption line at wavelength 588.99503 nm
In the spectrum of a galaxy, this line is at 590.95970 nm
Then Z = ( 590.95970 / 588.99503 ) - 1 = 0.0033
V = 299792.458 - ( 299792.458 / (0.0033 + 1)) = 986 km/s
V = C - ( C / ( Z + 1 )
If z is greater than 1 e.g. 2.5
Then the speed relative to us is
299792.458 - ( 299792.458 / (2.5 + 1 )) = 214137 km/s
299792.458 - ( 299792.458 / (0.021388 + 1 )) = 6278 km/s
299792.458 - ( 299792.458 / ( 3.38 + 1 )) = 231347 km/s
299792.458 - ( 299792.458 / ( 7.085 + 1 )) = 262712 km/s
299792.458 - ( 299792.458 / ( 100 + 1 )) = 296824 km/s
But this is correct only if everything happens within the same dimension.
Where the speed of light is the same everywhere and therefore the speed of time is the same everywhere.
Where therefore G ( the gravitation ) is also the same everywhere.
This is possible if we stay in the same dimension , at a “distance” equally far from the black hole.
( As long as our speed of light remains the same , we are not near or away from the black hole.

But as shorter or further from the black hole move , we move through different dimensions,
where different values apply for G (gravitation) and C (speed of light).
That is, the ratio C^2 / G will change and
That the ratio E / µ will change proportionally , that matter has a different ratio.
That the speed of time is different.
That is, we will find different numbers for the dimensions.
This may give velocity differences up to ∞speed .
This also gives redshift , and gives a picture of out of the universe while in this
case is not true.
